Every Paisley & Wild item is made to order with care. Because our products are created especially for you, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing & Production

Most orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Production times may be longer during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, selected product, fulfillment provider, and carrier. Delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders With Multiple Items

Paisley & Wild works with multiple trusted fulfillment partners to create our products. Because of this, items within the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages or on different days.

Don't worry if only part of your order arrives first—the rest may still be on its way!

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

We appreciate your patience if a carrier delay affects your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Paisley & Wild is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and details about the issue so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
